Mid-Terraced Refurbishment & Landscaping Works, Cambridge

This 1920s mid-terraced property in Cambridge was completely reimagined by CBG, who carried out a full internal refurbishment to create a stylish and contemporary family home. The works consisted the complete strip out, installation of new kitchen and bathroom, re-plaster, new finishes and decoration. 

CBG revisited the property and transformed the external landscaping, introducing off-street parking utilising naturally cropped granite setts, and slimline drainage detail. The rear garden was also beautifully landscaped, providing over 100m2 of porcelain paving, dwarf brickwork walls to overcome a change of ground level, 50m of fencing, turfing, pergola and shed base.
