CBG are in the early stages of working with our Client to deliver a full turnkey solution on this beautiful waterfront property, with initial architectural and interior design work currently underway. The purpose is to create synergy with its wealth of traditional features, from its gone days of a working Victorian Water Mill, to a modern New York Tribeca themed style apartment. With creative design, CBG are revitalising this apartment to make it a perfect getaway for our Clients. CBG are working closely with the Client to ensure that their budget is well spent, keeping a mind on potential future rental income as a holiday home, whilst ensuring luxury living is still achieved.

The project will include a new kitchen, utility, and master bathroom, alongside the complete overhaul of all other living spaces. The renovation will also incorporate several pieces of bespoke fitted joinery to the master bedroom and office. CBG will commence works Q2 2026.
