New Build Bungalow, Cambridge

CBG are acting as the Developer for this new-build residential bungalow, located on a logistically challenging and sensitive site near Addenbrooke’s Hospital in Cambridge. Providing a full turnkey solution, CBG were engaged at an early stage of the design process, assisting with strategy and the procurement of external design consultants. CBG undertook a thorough design review to ensure value for money was being achieved by the Client. 

CBG are managing the project from conception through to completion, keeping the client fully informed at every stage and enabling them to make confident, well-informed decisions throughout the build process. The inclusion of double-height spaces and vaulted ceilings enhances the sense of space and quality within the bungalow. Due to complete Q2 2026.
